At The End of the Day

People always say "At the end of the day......". But, at the end of each and everyday what do we really think about? Do we think about that someone who barely made us mad, or the person who lied to us? Do we remember how someone helped us up when we fell? Do we remember how someone was gossiping about us, or how they introduced us to someone new in out P.E. class?

Do we remember the good things or the bad things that happened to us today? I think we tune out all of the good things that happened today and just focus on the bad things because they stand out more.  But, what we really should be doing is remembering all of the good things or the things that made us smile, instead of the sad things that made us unhappy. But, are we able to?

Are our minds capable of doing that? Tuning out all of the bad things instead? Or, are we able to just focus on the bad things? And, If we just focus on the bad things, can we force our brains to think of the good things that happened to us today?
